We are proud to offer the consulting services of Ms. April Kelcy who holds multiple national-level qualifications from FEMA, UCLA, American Red Cross and other credible sources.

Her breadth of training and experience is appropriate for many kinds of emergencies, and is not limited to earthquake disasters. She took her first FEMA training in Emergency Response to Terrorism well prior to 9-11-01.  She has written curriculum for and  trained over 1,000 FEMA workers in the aftermath of the Northridge earthquake and has had personal experience with response and recovery operations from an explosion and fire in a high-rise workplace.
